Reliable, Affordable, Adaptable and Scalable

Compute infrastructure for rendering and production

Rendering workloads place sustained demands on processors, accelerators, memory, storage and networking. ByteScale plans render nodes and supporting infrastructure around the applications, project profile, delivery schedule and operating environment.

Balanced node design

A useful render node is not defined by core count alone. We consider CPU and GPU characteristics, memory per task, local and shared storage access, network throughput, software compatibility and the way jobs are distributed.

Density, power and cooling

For multi-node deployments, rack space, electrical load, heat output, acoustics and service access can become as important as compute performance. These factors are assessed before the final platform and form factor are selected.

Integration and expansion

ByteScale can coordinate compute-node deployment with shared storage, networking and existing workflow tools. The design can start at the required scale while retaining a practical route for additional capacity as production demand grows.
